SHIRLEYWENG ships ONLY to United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders may take 1-3 days to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
When selecting our express shipping option, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.
MISSING ORDER
If you are missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of shipping date.
NOTES
Shipping fees and timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Our standard and express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Fee: US $19.99 (complimentary for orders over US$199.00)
- Delivery Timing: 2-4 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
